一、商贸行业基本情况

(一)今年1-12月份我区社会消费品零售总额同比增长6.1%,高于全市1.1个百分点,排名居全市第1位,增速较上年同期提高9.5个百分点。

其中1-12月份我区限额以上消费品零售额同比增长8.2%,高于全市0.9个百分点,居全市第5位,增速较上年同期提高43.8个百分点。

(二)限上分行业完成情况。1-12月份我区限上四行业销售额营业额,批发业累计同比增长85.4%;零售业累计同比增长12.6%;住宿业累计同比增长12.3%;餐饮业累计同比增长8%。

 

二、消费市场运行情况

(一)按消费形态分

全区餐饮累计同比增长6.7%,拉动限上消费品零售额1个百分点;商品零售累计同比增长8.5%,拉动限上消费品零售额7.2个百分点。

(二)按单位类型

1-12月份我区限上企业15家,累计销售额营业额同比增长38.1%;限上个体户4家,累计销售额营业额同比增长6.2%。

(三)按商品整体零售类别

1-12月,14个零售行业大类中,5个零售行业大类零售额下降,其中,金银珠宝类商品零售额占比为0.3%,同比下降下降82.6%、累计拉低零售业增速1.4个百分点。汽车类商品零售额占比为71.4%,同比增长3%,累计拉动零售业增速2.2个百分点。

三、存在问题

(一)批发业存量企业总量不足

5家批发业企业中,强刚商贸、以及今年月度新入库企业聚畅建材和思达机械起到主要拉动作用,三家合计累计拉动批发业增长91.1个百分点;百凝商贸累计下降52.2%,拉低批发业增速6.9个百分点。

7家零售业企业中,5家企业当月及累计销售额均保持增长,除此之外,云商超市当月下降11.3%,启悦汽贸作为零售业中销售额占比最大的企业,近半年来持续下行,当月下降32.8%、累计下降21.6%,拉低限上零售业增速7.2个百分点。

(三)餐饮业企业贡献度较有限

我区餐饮业当月增长2.4%,全年累计增长8%,6家单位均体量较小,仅仅拉动限上消费品零售额增速1个百分点,其中,焦岗湖饭店当月下降34.9%,累计下降12.2%;并且全年无餐饮业企业以及个体单位入库。

四、发展建议

(一)聚焦主体培育,优化行业结构布局

持续优化限上企业培育库,扩大排查范围,将新兴业态、特色商户纳入培育范畴,实行“月度跟踪、季度评估、年度优化”的闭环管理。同时,建立退库预警机制,对经营波动较大、存在退库风险的企业提前介入帮扶,稳定限上企业队伍规模。

(二)深化创新驱动,激活转型发展动能

依托节假日、重要节点,策划开展多元化促消费活动,结合地域特色打造消费品牌IP,推动商旅文、吃住行游购娱深度融合。鼓励企业围绕消费升级需求,创新产品供给和服务模式,满足消费者个性化、品质化需求。

(三)健全服务机制,提升统筹保障效能

加强对企业数据报送的指导和监管,规范填报流程,提升数据报送的及时性、准确性。建立健全数据监测分析体系,定期对限上企业经营数据进行深度分析,精准把握行业运行态势,及时发现问题、预警风险,为决策部署提供数据支撑。
