一、商贸行业基本情况

1-11月份,我区限额以上消费品零售额同比增长8.3%,高于全市3.2个百分点,居全市第5位,增速较上年同期提高46.1个百分点。

(二)限上分行业完成情况。1-11月份我区限上四行业销售额营业额,批发业累计同比增长60.7%;零售业累计同比增长11.9%;住宿业累计同比增长11.5%;餐饮业累计同比增长8.5%。

二、消费市场运行情况

(一)按消费形态分

全区餐饮累计同比增长7.1%,拉动限上消费品零售额1.1个百分点;商品零售累计同比增长8.6%,拉动限上消费品零售额7.2个百分点。

(二)按单位类型

1-11月份我区限上企业15家,累计同比增长29.2%;限上个体户4家,累计同比增长6.8%。

(三)按商品整体零售类别

1-11月,14个限上商品零售行业大类中,5个零售行业大类零售额下降,其中,金银珠宝类商品零售额占比为0.3%,同比下降下降81.1%、累计拉低限上商品零售业增速1.4个百分点。汽车类商品零售额占比为70.9%,同比长3%,累计拉动限上商品零售业增速2.2个百分点。

三、存在问题

(一)批发业企业两极分化

5家批发业企业中,强刚商贸以及今年月度新入库企业聚畅建材和思达机械起到主要拉动作用,三家合计累计拉动批发业增长73.5个百分点;百凝商贸、乐尚商贸分别下降57%、22.2%,合计拉低批发业增速12.8个百分点,经营体量持续萎缩。

7家零售业企业中,4家企业当月及累计销售额均保持增长,云商超市当月下降4%;星雅汽贸当月下降50.6%;启悦汽贸当月下降67.1%、累计下降20.1%,拉低限上零售业增速6.6个百分点。

(三)餐饮业企业拉动甚微

我区餐饮业11月当月增长10.2%,1-11月累计增长8.5%,6家单位均体量较小,仅仅拉动限上消费品零售额增速1.1个百分点,其中,御景宴当月下降13.8%;焦岗湖饭店累计下降9.9%。

四、发展建议

(一)持续做好年度申报

年度第一批申报1家:酥之味(零售业),已通过省局审批;计划年度第二批申报企业1家:利恒机械(批发业),正在收集申报资料中,需持续关注申报进度。

(二)加大市场主体培育力度

支持企业健康快速发展,特别是小型企业,鼓励企业开展业务联合,积极推动企业规模化、集约化经营,提高效率化水平。积极引进培育具有地方特色、有实力、有品牌、有影响力,且辐射面广的大型企业,为全区商贸发展注入新的活力。

(三)强化经济监测预警分析

各相关部门需要坚持落实经济部门会商制度,加强经济运行监测,从单纯的事后监测分析向事前预测预判、事中跟踪、事后分析转变,及时发现并解决指标中出现的苗头性、倾向性问题,进一步对标找差,稳增项、补短板、强弱项,确保主要经济指标稳定增长。
