一、商贸行业基本情况

1-10月份,我区限额以上消费品零售额同比增长10.4%,高于全市4.9个百分点,居全市第5位,增速较上年同期提高51.6个百分点。

(二)限上分行业完成情况。1-10月份我区限上四行业销售额营业额,批发业累计同比增长15.1%;零售业累计同比增长15.3%;住宿业累计同比增长11.8%;餐饮业累计同比增长8.4%。

二、消费市场运行情况

(一)按消费形态分

全区餐饮同比增长7.4%,拉动限上消费品零售额1.2个百分点;商品零售同比增长11%,拉动限上消费品零售额9.2个百分点。

(二)按单位类型

1-10月份我区限上企业14家,同比增长15.2%;限上个体户4家,同比增长6.2%。

(三)按商品整体零售类别

1-10月,14个零售行业大类中,5个零售行业大类零售额下降,其中,金银珠宝类商品零售额占比为0.3%,同比下降下降79.2%、累计拉低零售业增速1个百分点。汽车类商品零售额占比为71.1%,同比长5.9%,累计拉动零售业增速4.4个百分点。

三、存在问题

(一)批发业企业两极分化

4家批发业企业中,仅有聚畅建材一家保持增长,累计拉动批发业增长38.1个百分点;存量企业百凝商贸、乐尚商贸、强刚商贸分别下降57.2%、66.4%、0.8%,合计拉低批发业增速23个百分点,经营体量持续萎缩。

7家零售业企业中,5家企业当月及累计销售额均保持增长,星雅汽贸当月下降7%;启悦汽贸当月下降37.1%、累计下降13.8%,拉低限上零售业增速4.4个百分点。

(三)餐饮业企业拉动甚微

我区餐饮业10月当月增长12.8%,1-10月累计增长8.4%,6家单位均体量较小,仅仅拉动限上消费品零售额增速1.2个百分点,其中,焦岗湖饭店累计下降11.1%。

四、发展建议

(一)持续做好年度申报

11月月度申报商贸企业1家:思达机械(批发业),已通过省局审批;年度第一批申报1家:酥之味(零售业),已通过市局审批;计划年度第二批申报企业1家:利恒机械(批发业),大个体 4家:半山居(餐饮业)、卧龙阁(餐饮业)、玉柱楼(餐饮业)、斗鱼宾馆(住宿业),需持续关注全年营业收入是否达规。

(二)完善监测预警机制

各相关部门间加强沟通,密切关注宏观经济形势变化和市场走向,加强对强刚商贸、启悦汽车、八公山宾馆、焦岗湖饭店等重点企业的生产经营情况的关注,确保经济发展数据平稳。

(三)精准施策优化消费环境

针对年末多个节日消费时点,做好节日促销,以扩大消费规模、促进消费升级为基础,鼓励、协助企业为即将到来的消费节点,提早做好准备,营造良好的节庆消费氛围,从而刺激零售、住宿、餐饮业增长。
