一、商贸行业基本情况

(一)今年1-6月份我区社会消费品零售总额同比增长7.2%,高于全市1.3个百分点,排名居全市第1位,增速较上年同期提高10.8个百分点。

其中1-6月份我区限额以上消费品零售额同比增长17.4%,高于全市8.2个百分点,居全市第2位,增速较上年同期提高67.2个百分点。

(二)限上分行业完成情况。1-6月份我区限上四行业销售额营业额,批发业累计同比增长35.8%零售业累计同比增长19.7%;住宿业累计同比增长9%餐饮业累计同比增长8%。

二、消费市场运行情况

(一)按消费形态分

全区餐饮同比增长7.6%,拉动限上消费品零售额1.3个百分点;商品零售同比增长19.4%,拉动限上消费品零售额16.1个百分点。

(二)按单位类型

1-6月份我区限上企业14家,同比增长24.7%;限上个体户4家,同比增长4.3%。

(三)按商品整体零售类别

1-6月,14个零售行业大类中,3个零售行业大类零售额下降,其中,金银珠宝类商品零售额占比为0.5%,同比下降下降63.5%、累计拉低零售业增速1.1个百分点。汽车类商品零售额占比为73.4%,同比长14.2%,累计拉动零售业增速10.9个百分点。

三、存在问题

(一)批发业存量企业持续萎缩

4家批发业企业中,本月新入库企业聚畅建材,累计拉动批发业增长59.2个百分点;存量企业百凝商贸、强刚商贸分别下降61.7%、5.6%,合计拉低批发业增速23.5个百分点,经营体量持续萎缩。

7家零售业企业中,5家企业当月及累计销售额均保持增长,云商超市当月下降2.5%;启悦汽贸当月下降26.6%、累计下降5.3%,拉低限上零售业增速0.4个百分点。

(三)餐饮业企业涨幅收窄

我区餐饮业6月当月下降11.4%、1-6月累计增长8%,受消费环境影响,餐饮业首次当月负增长;6家单位均体量较小,仅仅拉动限上消费品零售额增速1.3个百分点,其中,御景宴当月下降27%,凌云山庄当月下降10.9%;焦岗湖饭店当月下降36.9%,累计下降11.1%。

四、发展建议

(一)培育壮大市场主体

精准摸排培育,对全区拟培育商贸企业摸排登记,针对不同类型,建立台账,分层培育。如对已达限未纳统企业,分析原因并解决问题;对拟升限企业,实时监测成长情况,制定纳统计划。

(二)补全住宿行业短板

针对我区多年以来仅有一家住宿业限上企业的现状,建议行业主管部门积极摸排区内宾馆住宿行业,加快斗鱼宾馆、贝壳酒店等住宿业企业培育进度,及时扩充我区住宿业体量。

(三)刺激消费需求释放

根据实际情况,适时发放家居、家电、汽车等专项消费券,刺激消费,拉动相关零售业销售额增长,同时支持引导限上商贸主体开展优惠促销活动,释放消费潜力。
